The Silence Beyond the Mind

Synopsis
In its truest sense, meditation is not a practice but a way of being. In order to know meditation — not as a practice but as a way of being and of living — we have to investigate the nature of our own mind, and we have to experience the silence beyond the mind. From this place of authentic being, we are able to think, speak, and act from an awareness which includes our thoughts and emotions, but is not defined by them. In the silence beyond the mind, we experience our connection to Life itself and become better able to live with an open heart, a clear mind, and present-centered attention. From this place of authentic being, we are able to embody wisdom, love, and peace in all areas of life, all the time.

Target Audience
Anyone with an interest in knowing themselves fully, and in living a deep and rich life based on inner knowing.
